There are a few properties in the Shenandoah neighborhood that are not members of the Shenandoah Homeowners Association yet they use the Shenandoah roads, which are owned and managed by the Association. To that effect these few members have Road User Agreements under which they are bound, granting permission to use the Association roads. If you are a considering the purchase of a property in the Shenandoah neighborhood please consult with your real estate agent, the seller, your attorney, or contact our Association Management company, to determine if the property you are considering is a full Association member, bound under Association Governing Documents; or a Road User, bound under a Road User Agreement specific to your property.
