2026 Proposed Governing Documents
For 2026 the Board is proposing a revised set of Governing Documents to comply with Colorado HOA law changes since 2022. Please review the packet of materials here.
The revisions are largely the result of 41 Colorado HOA law changes since 2022. The neighborhood began working on these changes and updates beginning Fall 2025, and the membership will vote on the measure at the July Annual Meeting.
